1 Fill out the design brief and set a price for your design contest
Contest holder should fill out the design brief and pay an administrative fee (10 % of the contest price). The contest runs live as soon as the payment is completed. We highly recommend the contest holders to give as much detail about your companies as possible. The more designers know about your business, the better logo concepts you will get.
2 Rate design entries and get feedback
Once the contest is live, the designers start to submit their designs (the designers can submit designs until the end of the contest). Contest holders will rank the design entries and provide feedback as often as possible. Contest holder’s participation through ranking and feedback is essential for a successful contest. Daily feedback and ranking helps to achieve a higher level in both quality and quantity of designs.
3 Select the winning design
After the end of the contest, the contest holder has 3 days to select the winner. The contest holder gets the contact details of the selected designer by e-mail and must contact the designer and agree on the payment immediately. Right after the payment the designer has to send the design source files.
At this point the contest holder has to confirm (or reject if the files do not meet the quality standard) the design source files being sent and that is the end of the contest.
